Reed mats with clay plaster on clay and straw building blocks. Wall heating covered with clay undercoat.
The building has a substantial lower consumption of energy and is awarded as demonstration project in the EEC Thermal program.
Its sustainability, in nearly all aspects, is awarded as national example of Sustainable Building in The Netherlands.
